THE LIme Flamingo ColLective

The Lime Flamingo Collective is a group networking and mentoring class for emerging Professional Artists facilitated by Canberra Artist and Educator Jodie Cunningham. The group meets approximately once a month at m16artspace and holds a group exhibition once a year.

Our next exhibition is:

35S: 149E  - Canberra Lived
Sally Black, Jodie Cunningham, Agi De Simone, Roger Hancock, Julie Herring, Helen Hyslop and Gillian Jackson
Friday 31 March to Sunday 14 May 2023
Belconnen Art Centre Generator Gallery

Artists from the Lime Flamingo Collective (LFC) reflect on their experience of living in Canberra, generating work about their personal experiences of inhabiting space. The work in this exhibition aims to provide unique perspectives of what its like to live, love, work and make art in this beautiful city we call home. It looks at how Canberra dwellers relate to both the urban and natural environments and investigates what forces generate our connection to place.
